Extra care developments are luxurious apartment complexes – and the environment inside and out is designed to provide a grand and fulfilling lifestyle. These homes are for people aged over 55.

The brief was to create a traditional yet fun identity for this audience and apply it to a range of digital and printed materials (ie brochures, flyers and various web graphics). I used a mix of stock photography as well as my own.

The large property brochures were PUR bound, with a soft touch laminate and spot UV cover. Quality print for a quality product.
